Shipping & Returns

  • All of our products are packaged as efficiently and professionally as possible to ensure that you get the best value for your shipping dollar. Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday of each week. The shipment date for your order is determined by when the order is received and on the destination of the products. If an order is received after our ship days for that week, it will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. A shipment that is over a 3 day ground must be shipped 3 day select.   • In order to guarantee that every shipment you receive from us arrives frozen, we carefully package our products in KOL insulated boxes...the standard for real rodent pros. This specialized packaging is filled with sufficient dry ice, the amount of which is determined by the type of shipping you choose and the distance from our shipping center in northern Georgia to your location, to ensure that your reptile's or bird-of-prey's food arrives in the very best condition.

  • Frozen animals are shipped via UPS Air or Ground (availability based on UPS zone) in their insulated boxes with dry ice for fast delivery nationwide to your door. UPS will leave your shipment at your door if you are not there to sign for it, as all shipments are sent "No Signature Required".

  • The total quoted cost for all shipments, depends on the weight of the entire shipment and your location, and includes shipping and handling fees, as well as the cost of the dry ice and packaging. This shipment cost is included in your total order price and must be paid for in advance.

  • We do not ship live animals, only frozen ones. However, if you would like live rodents, or if you want to pick up your frozen ones in person and avoid paying any shipping costs, please call for directions and to set up an appointment time and we will gladly prepare your order for you for pick-up.
